We don't take on client work, and we don't chase a second product before the first one earns it. Momentum is the whole business — built, supported, and improved by the same small team.
That focus means every hour goes into one product getting better, not into spreading thin across accounts. If something is wrong with Momentum, the people who can fix it are the people who hear about it.
One product, shipped and running
Feature requests come from teams running Momentum today, not from a roadmap workshop. The backlog is what people actually asked for.
Every feature gets checked against the same question: would we be comfortable if this were measuring us? If not, it doesn't ship.
We don't publish feature names we can't ship. What's live is live, and what's coming gets announced when it's close.
The product that set our standards
Momentum measures how work actually happens — focus, attendance, and effort across every team — while the same lightweight desktop agent on Windows, macOS, and Linux gives IT security a live endpoint compliance picture and IT operations a real-time device inventory. Building it forced us to answer hard questions about fairness, consent, and what a piece of software is allowed to do to the people and devices it measures. Those answers became house rules.

Momentum is our product: a privacy-first workforce intelligence, endpoint security, and IT asset management platform, run from one desktop agent for Windows, macOS, and Linux. It gives leaders a fair picture of how focus, attendance, and effort move across a team, gives IT security a live device compliance and threat picture, and gives IT operations a real-time device inventory — without turning into surveillance.
Does Momentum cover endpoint security and asset management, or just productivity?+
All three, from the same agent. IT security gets device posture (antivirus, encryption, patch status), fleet-wide compliance scoring, and malware, USB, and data-loss alerts. IT operations gets a live device inventory — system health, installed software, OS/hardware mix, and right-sizing recommendations. It's the same install, not a separate product.
How is this different from surveillance software?+
Momentum observes and escalates; it never controls the endpoint. Reporting is aggregate-first, every person measured has self-visibility into their own numbers, and what counts as "productive" is a setting you configure, not a hidden default. The same rule applies to the security side: policies classify and route to a review queue, but nothing is blocked, quarantined, or remotely wiped on the device.
Can Momentum run in our own environment?+
Yes. We deploy to your cloud account, private cloud, or on-premise where that's the requirement. Momentum is multi-tenant by design, so your organisation's data stays cleanly separated from everyone else's.
How long does rollout take?+
Most teams go from installing the agent to a usable dashboard within about a week. The agent installs silently via MDM, and app classification comes with sensible defaults you can override department by department.
