Privacy policy
What we collect, why, how long we keep it, and how to make us delete it. Written to be read rather than skimmed past.
Who we are
enrichme.ai ("we", "us") is a software company building Momentum, a workforce intelligence platform. Our registered office is at Level 5, The Iconic Corenthum, opposite the Electronic City Metro Station Road, Block A, Sector 62, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301.
This policy covers personal data we handle as a controller: visitors to this website, people who contact us, and candidates who apply for roles. Where Momentum processes personal data on behalf of an organisation using it — for example, activity data about that organisation's own employees — we act as a processor under that organisation's instructions and the terms of its agreement with us. That processing is governed by the contract, not by this policy.
What we collect
Contact details you give us. When you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, company, work email, the topic you selected, and whatever you write in the message. The form composes an email in your own mail client — it does not post to a server we control.
Recruitment information. If you apply for a role, we receive whatever you send: a CV, links to work, and correspondence.
Basic technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server and CDN logs, including IP address, user agent, and requested URL, to serve the site and protect it from abuse.
We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not sell personal data to anyone, ever.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, including about a Momentum demo or trial.
To assess an application and communicate with you about it.
To keep this site secure, available, and working correctly.
Our lawful bases are your consent where you initiated contact, our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site and in responding to business enquiries, and the performance of a contract where one exists.
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is retained for up to 24 months so we can pick a conversation back up, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Recruitment material is retained for 12 months after a process closes, so we can contact you if a better-fitting role opens. You can ask us to delete it at any point.
Server and CDN logs are retained on our hosting provider's standard schedule, typically no more than 90 days.
Where data is processed
Our own systems are operated primarily from India, with hosting and email infrastructure that may process data in other regions.
For organisations running Momentum, data location is a design decision we make together. We support deployment into a customer's own cloud account, private cloud, or on-premise environment where that is the requirement, so that data never leaves a boundary the customer controls.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to processing, and to receive a copy in a portable format.
To exercise any of these, email business@enrichme.ai. We will respond within 30 days. If you are unhappy with our response, you may complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes and contact
If we make a material change to this policy we will update the date at the top of this page and, where the change affects existing correspondents, tell them directly.
