How we got here

enrichme.ai started from a simple observation: most workforce monitoring software treats the people it measures as the problem, not the audience. We thought that was backwards, and we thought it was a product worth building properly rather than a feature to bolt onto something else.

So we built Momentum, and we built a company around just that. No client work, no industry verticals, no second product before the first one earns it — the whole team's attention goes into one thing getting better.

Measuring how people work turned out to be the hardest possible place to start — every design decision had a fairness question attached to it — and answering those questions honestly gave us the standards we hold every feature to since.

Six positions we actually act on

Values are cheap to write down. These are the ones that have cost us revenue at least once, which is the only real test.

Honest about what Momentum can do

We will tell you when a feature isn't ready, when your workflow needs something we don't build, and when a simpler setup beats the fancier one. It costs us a sale sometimes and earns us the next renewal.

Dignity is a design constraint

Momentum measures people, so it is aggregate-first, consent-aware, and observation-only by design. Every feature we ship gets held to that same standard before it ships.

Production or it does not count

A feature that isn't running reliably in a real workspace isn't done. We measure ourselves on what's still monitored and trusted six months after it ships.

Your data stays yours

Deploy to your cloud, private cloud, or on-premise. Every organisation's data is cleanly separated, and nobody outside your tenant ever sees it.

Evaluate everything

If we can't measure whether a change made the product better or fairer, we don't ship it. That applies as much to a scoring change as it does to a new feature.

Where the standards came from

Momentum made us decide what we won't build

Building a product that watches how people work forces a series of uncomfortable choices. Should the agent be able to block an application? Should a manager see keystroke counts? Should anyone be scored without seeing their own number first?

We answered no, no, and never — and rebuilt the product around observation and escalation rather than control. It is a harder product to sell and a much easier one to keep, and it is why we now write down what a system is not allowed to do before we write down what it does.
