Small team. Real production. No pyramid
We hire few people and give them a lot of room. If you want to own a system end to end — from the feature idea to the pager — this is that kind of place.
What we're hiring for
If none of these fit but you think you should be here, write anyway — we've hired that way before.
Build the Momentum platform: desktop agents, the analytics engine, and a dashboard that has to be fair to the people it measures.
Build the ingestion, aggregation, and storage layers that every view in Momentum depends on. Data correctness and tenant isolation are the job, not the chore.
Set the design language for Momentum end to end. Dense, data-heavy interfaces that stay calm, and a product that respects the people it measures.
The honest version
How our hiring works
Four steps, about two weeks end to end, and we tell you where you stand after each one. No take-home that takes a weekend, and no whiteboard algorithm theatre.
45 minutes on what you've built and what you want to build next. Both directions.
Two hours on a problem close to what we actually do — paid, and you keep what you write.
Meet everyone you'd work with. Ask the awkward questions; we'd rather you asked now.
Written within two working days of the team day, with the reasoning explained.
The positions we act on
We will tell you when a feature isn't ready, when your workflow needs something we don't build, and when a simpler setup beats the fancier one. It costs us a sale sometimes and earns us the next renewal.
Momentum measures people, so it is aggregate-first, consent-aware, and observation-only by design. Every feature we ship gets held to that same standard before it ships.
A feature that isn't running reliably in a real workspace isn't done. We measure ourselves on what's still monitored and trusted six months after it ships.
Deploy to your cloud, private cloud, or on-premise. Every organisation's data is cleanly separated, and nobody outside your tenant ever sees it.
If we can't measure whether a change made the product better or fairer, we don't ship it. That applies as much to a scoring change as it does to a new feature.
Everyone building Momentum talks to the people using it. No pyramid, no handover to a team you never met.
