These terms govern your use of enrichme.ai. They are not the terms under which we supply Momentum — those live in a separate signed agreement, and where that agreement conflicts with anything here, the agreement wins.

By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.

Product descriptions, timelines, and indicative outcomes on this site are provided for information. They do not form an offer, a warranty, or a contractual commitment.

Momentum is labelled with a lifecycle stage. It is currently marked "Available now" and generally available. Any future feature shown at an earlier stage describes work in progress: its scope may change materially and it may never ship.

The content, design, code, and marks on this site — and Momentum itself — are owned by enrichme.ai or used with permission. You may read, link to, and quote the site with attribution. You may not republish substantial portions, or reuse our branding, without written permission.

Using Momentum is a licence to use the product, not a transfer of ownership. Customer data you put into Momentum remains yours; the software, its source code, and its models remain ours.

Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to this site or its infrastructure, interfere with its operation, or use it to distribute malware or unlawful material.

Automated scraping at a rate that degrades the service for others is not permitted.

This site links to external resources, including our product site at momentum.enrichme.ai and third-party platforms. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we do not operate.

The site is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude warranties of accuracy, completeness, and fitness for a particular purpose in relation to the site's content.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We may update these terms; the current version always sits on this page with its date.
